Underage tattoos.......................…

So that some tattooist can brag about tattooing a celebrity. It should be but who wouldn't want to put their mark on some one famous. If any one does find out that a tattooist did tattoo some one underage then they can have serious consequences like legal action brought against them and or having their license taken away. But some places don't care about you having ID as long as you're a paying client you can get a tattoo.
