What do you think of Chers son getting a sex change?

He's happy and finally being true to who he always has been, so congrats to him. I haven't really followed his story, but read the news snippets here and there. Trans issues are still lagging way behind lgbt issues, so I think it's always great to raise the general public's awareness.
